Push-rod system for swing ventilation

Ventilation flaps arranged on a surface area can be operated with a single drive unit on each side. UBL gear units with C-sections are secured on the gutters between two rail mountings. The gear units are connected to the drive unit by a connecting shaft (1“ tube DIN 2440).

The racks move in the C-section and pull the pivot-action push-pull rod to which the push bars on the flap is secured. It is these push bars that actuate the flaps.

  • Up to 40 flaps down the length of each rail mounting, depending on flap weight.
  • Up to 600 Nm of drive power can be fed into the system.
  • Strokes of up to 900 mm and load ratings of up to 5000 N per rack in line, with longer strokes available on request.
