What you can expect

• Maintaining and organizing the USA warehouse
• Creating shipping and transport documents
• Receiving, storing, preparing, loading and shipping freight
• Processing inventory and maximizing the use of warehouse space
• Inspect, verify, load, store and pick inventory to fulfill customer orders
• Processing order and deliveries in our ERP System
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Assistance and support for technical sales
• Collaboration in customer development
• Support with the introduction of new products and price adjustments
• Telephone support and advice for our customers and users of our products and services
• Active collaboration in marketing, e.g. at trade fairs and events

What we expect         

• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of dispatch processing experience with UPS World Ship
• Experience and knowledge of international shipments including customs issues
• Experience of power tools and forklifts
• MS Office skills and knowledge of a CRM system
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Distinct customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Able to lift 50lb comfortably and regularly
• Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working, as well as organizational and structured working methods
• High resilience and open to change
• Representative, proactive, open and outgoing demeanor - you enjoy working with people
