Lock honors long-standing employees and looks optimistically to the future

When a company can look back on a successful year, it is usually the people behind it who make this success possible. At Lock, this very idea was the focus of the 2025 Christmas party. Despite challenging global conditions, the company can look back on a very good year economically – supported by strong cohesion, a lively team spirit, and the daily commitment of its employees.

In a festive setting, the management took the opportunity to honor long-standing employees for their loyalty and commitment. Joachim Wiedergrün, Andreas Mayer, Dmitri Moor, and Arthur Schöck were honored for ten years of service. Stefan Lutz, Helmut Fensterle, and Günther Schwarz have been shaping the company with their experience and reliability for 25 years. Michael Hiller received special recognition for his impressive 40 years of service to Lock.

Equally moving was the retirement of two valued colleagues. After 34 years at Lock, Jakob Leinweber said goodbye to his professional life, as did Helmut Löffler after 23 years. Over many years, both have not only fulfilled their duties, but also helped shape the company with their knowledge, commitment, and personality.

Jeannette and Frank Lock expressed their sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work, loyalty, and daily commitment. They emphasized that the shared success of the past year was no coincidence, but rather the result of trust, mutual support, and strong teamwork – values that are not only articulated at Lock, but also lived out in practice.

With this foundation, the company looks ahead to 2026 with confidence. The goal remains to continue on the successful path and to remain a reliable, modern, and attractive employer in the Ertingen region – a workplace where teamwork counts and performance is recognized.
