Terms and Conditions of Participation – EuroTier Prize Draw
§ 1 Organizer
This Prize Draw is organized by Lock GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
§ 2 Promotion Period
The Prize Draw begins on November 10, 2026 and ends on November 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM (CET). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the promotion at any time. Any such changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website.
§ 3 Eligibility and Participation
Participation is completed by fully filling out and submitting the entry form available at:

The Prize Draw is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older. Employees of Lock GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
Participation is limited to one entry per person.
§ 4 Prizes
The following prizes will be raffled among all eligible participants:
1st Prize
- Farm Climate Check valued at €350. We will schedule an appointment with you, visit your farm, and measure the barn climate using our mobile sensor technology.
2nd Prize
- LSR ventilation controller for two actuators. The LSR 25.1001 controls ventilation based on temperature and directly operates two 230 V single-phase electric actuators using a common temperature setpoint. Operating time monitoring as well as minimum and maximum opening positions for Side A and Side B can be adjusted independently, making it ideal for dual-sided ventilation systems.
The prize includes installation and commissioning within Germany.
3rd Prize
- Lock stainless steel water bottle made from high-quality stainless steel.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes to another person is not permitted.
§ 5 Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw after the promotion period has ended and will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Lock GmbH reserves the right to redraw the prize.
§ 6 Privacy Policy
The personal data provided in the entry form will be processed solely for the purpose of administering and conducting the Prize Draw.
If participants have expressly consented, the provided data may also be used by Lock GmbH for marketing and sales purposes.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

§ 7 Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for technical disruptions that prevent or impair participation in the promotion, provided such disruptions are not attributable to the Organizer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded.
§ 8 Miscellaneous
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s country of residence provide otherwise.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without stating reasons.
